Love flowers and relaxation? Then join us for our Sunset Sound Bath Meditation.
Start the evening by picking your own bouquet from our fields. Then sit back, relax and enjoy the evening of sound bowl meditation. This practice of guided meditation & sound meditation led by Colleen Gallick will help you settle into your body, breath and mind by gently bringing you into the expansive subconscious. The frequencies of the seven singing bowls will be layered onto our active practice of meditating with intention which will then lead us into a passive practice of listening and resting. We will end with a long final resting pose with an energy-aligning singing bowls song surrounded by nature.
What to bring: Yoga mat or blanket and snacks and refreshments you’d like to enjoy while watching the sunset.
